Fantastic information for a very new white belt. I used some of this in class today to keep a purple belt from passing my guard for a few extra seconds - that doesn’t seem like a lot but I knew as I was doing it that a small piece of effective game had clicked into place and that I can keep building on that. Heavy legs, crossing over - good stuff! Thanks, Coach Tom
